In today’s Red Church Broadcast, Joseph and Heather Z teach about hope in the darkness. They begin by sharing their family experiences and how far they’ve come as a couple, as parents, and as a family. Joseph makes us understand that it doesn’t have to be bad for our children if our faith is strong in God. Heather cautions about having idle thoughts, as it can open the door of fear in our minds, but urges that we rather assure our hearts with the word of God. Joseph supports this, urging us to change our imaginations when our minds are filled with fearful things. He employs the word of God from the Book of 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 to teach us to bring every thought to captivity, to the obedience of Christ.

Again, Heather insists that negative thoughts do our bodies no good, and we must desist from them by speaking out loudly. Also, she shares her experience when she was ill at some point and how it seemed that nothing was changing but she worked on her faith by speaking aloud against her evil thoughts, countering them loudly with the word of God, and professing good over every negative thought. She insists that life and death are in the power of our tongue, and we must get loud in using our words, as they will penetrate every one of our five senses and as such build our faith to a level that our circumstances begin to change.
In addition, they pray for us, asking for the help of the Lord for us, placing a demand on our covenant with Jesus, and coming against strife and turmoil in our lives. Heather releases healing over our bodies, coming up against inflammation and declaring that wholeness and promotion be stable in our lives by the Blood and in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
