He instructs that as Christians, we must be able to discern the signs of the times, like the sons of Issachar who knew the signs of the time and what to do.
Joseph further urges us to imbibe the spirit of discernment and align with the right people to achieve our God-given purpose. He points out ways to know whether we are aligned with the right people, explaining that we can’t say the right things to the wrong people or say the wrong things to the right ones. He then urges us to stay away from anything that jeopardizes our relationship with God and to quit worshipping humans but God only.
