**Merry Christmas!** Discover how the Word became flesh as Joseph Z walks us down the memory lane of creation, betrayal, temptation, and the redeeming love of Jesus.

Joseph references John 6:1-14 to explain how the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, citing Proverbs 8:22-26 to establish that the Word existed from the beginning of time. Thus, the same Word that created the foundation of the world, seas, heavens, and the universe is the same Word that became flesh and dwelt among men. He emphasizes that God is a loving God and has always been fighting to bring His children back to Himself.

He explains how the Word holds all things together, showing how Adam’s violation of the Word put everything on the line. He narrates how God gave Adam authority over the earth, which the devil retrieved from him when he deceived Adam. He clarifies that God did not rewrite the script when Adam fell because He does not go back on His Word, as the Word of His power holds all things together. God can do everything, but will not violate His words.

Joseph notes that the Son of Man was manifested to destroy the works of the devil, which stole Adam’s dominion by permission. He then explains that Jesus’ wealth on earth stems from the gifts given to Him by the Magi, gifts befitting the king of the world. He reveals the origin of the Magi, explaining that the wise men are historically known as the Magi, a Greek term meaning "the powerful" or "great ones." The Bible describes them as astrologers who could read the stars and had the authority to validate kings.

He goes on to narrate that they were also mystical figures from the order of the Chaldeans and were highly influential in their culture. Interestingly, they were also known as stargazers, capable of interpreting the signs of the times and seasons. These kingmakers came from the east of Judea, specifically from the Persian Empire, known today as Iran. They traveled along the Silk Road, a route through which valuable items were traded, including gold, frankincense, and myrrh; thereby breaking hell’s economy off of Jesus.
