In today’s intriguing discourse, Joseph Z unravels the mystery surrounding the antichrist, establishing the connections between him, the man of perdition, and Judas. He highlights how Judas, labeled the "son of perdition," betrayed Jesus while foreshadowing the antichrist's betrayal of Israel during the tribulation.

Joseph cites John 17:12 and 2 Thessalonians 2:3 to establish that Judas is labeled as the "son of perdition," a title shared with the antichrist. He explains that Judas, a close companion of Jesus, appeared trustworthy yet betrayed Him for thirty pieces of silver. Similarly, he reveals that the antichrist, like Judas, will forge a seven-year covenant with Israel, initially presenting himself as a peacemaker and ally to the Jewish people during the first half of the tribulation. However, midway through this period, he will break the covenant, desecrate the temple, and unleash fierce persecution against Israel.

Joseph further explains that the antichrist is depicted as emerging from the bottomless pit, the same fate that befell Judas. This is supported by Acts 1:25 and Revelation 11:7, which illustrate where Judas went after his death and where we have been warned the antichrist would arise. He cites Revelation 17:8 to reinforce the idea that Judas could be considered the "man of perdition." Notably, he references Luke 22:3 to show that Satan entered Judas to carry out the betrayal of Jesus.

In this context, Joseph clarifies that the same indwelling spirit, Satan himself, who once possessed Judas, may do so again, using Judas's body, soul, and persona to empower him as the antichrist.

Additionally, he highlights the six things that the Lord hates by citing Proverbs 6:16, which warns against haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that rush to evil, a false witness who pours out lies, and a person who stirs up conflict in the community; as they are traits that represent everything the devil embodies.
