Under this rule proposed by a government agency, young men will be automatically registered rather than needing to take the initiative themselves within 30 days of their 18th birthday. Joseph also reports on increased maritime traffic in the Gulf of America, indicating that many nations are beginning to rely on the U.S. for their oil supplies.
