He believes there has been a demonic resistance to this bill, but insists that a surprise breakthrough is on the horizon. Joseph also forecasts a turning point in the storm by 2027, as we approach “the Gates” in 2028, which will help determine what takes place in 2029. He highlights that asteroid Apophis is expected to make an impact on Earth on April 13, 2029.
